Charlene Soares - Owner, President. Charlene has worked in the medical billing industry for over 25 years. Her experience in medical billing is matched by few on Cape Cod. After working successfully for several Cape Cod physicians for over 20 years, Charlene decided to start Seaside Medical Billing. Her mission was to provide excellent medical billing services to physicians on and around Cape Cod. With a personal touch and a friendly staff, Seaside Medical Billing has continued to grow and succeed with this mission since 2000.
Jon Soares - Office Manager. Jon has a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After working in several financial services positions and helping Charlene grow her business from the ground up, Jon joined Seaside Medical Billing full-time in 2002.
Sandy Anderson - Billing Specialist. Sandy works for Seaside Medical Billing where her focus is reconciling outstanding accounts. She has over 10 years experience working in physicians offices on Cape Cod.
Jed Pittman - IT Consultant. Jed Pittman has worked as a consultant to Seaside Medical Billing since its inception in 2000. Jed Pittman Consulting provides our IT services.
